Upholstery and timber finishes may vary slightly between production batches. Reorders or additional pieces may not be an exact match to previous orders. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Vacuum or dust regularly using a soft brush attachment. Attend to spills immediately by gently blotting with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners. Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended for stubborn stains.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be quoted separately based on delivery requirements and location.

SELF-COLLECTION
For self-collection or collection by a third-party transporter, NICCHRIS will not be responsible for any loss or damage once the furniture has been collected from our premises.

FINAL SALE
All furniture, including solid wood furniture and custom upholstery, is final sale. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.
