NATURAL MATERIALS
Natural variations in grain, colour, tone, knots, texture and markings are inherent characteristics of solid wood and are not considered defects. Customers may select the timber finish; however, individual wood grain, pattern and natural markings cannot be selected or customised.
Solid wood may naturally expand, contract or develop minor hairline cracks due to changes in temperature and humidity.
COLOUR VARIATION
Timber finishes and upholstery may vary slightly in color, tone and texture between production batches. Reorders or additional pieces may not be an exact match to previous orders. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be quoted separately based on delivery requirements and location.
SELF-COLLECTION
For self-collection or collection by a third-party transporter, NICCHRIS will not be responsible for any loss or damage once the furniture has been collected from our premises.
